How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Trip Prudent app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to us with "Delete My Account" in the subject line:
Request Deletion via EmailWhat Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email)
- All saved trips and itineraries
- Uploaded documents and photos
- Collaboration data and shared trip access
- Referral history
- App preferences and settings
Data Retention
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request
- Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics
- Legal records may be retained as required by law
