How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Trip Prudent app
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Security
- Tap Delete Account
- Review the retention and subscription notice, then confirm twice
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email from the address on your account with "Delete My Account" in the subject line. Support will verify account ownership before starting deletion:

Access ends immediately and deletion runs in the background. We email you when it is complete. The following active product data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email)
- All saved trips and itineraries
- Uploaded documents and photos
- Collaboration data and shared trip access
- Referral history
- App preferences and settings
Data Retention
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Active product systems are processed as soon as the request is accepted
- Encrypted backups remain isolated from normal use and expire on the backup schedule
- Limited anonymized billing, security, and deletion evidence may be retained where legally required
- Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your store account
